Pastors spend so much of themselves caring for others. Ship Shape Your Marriage makes space for them and their spouses to receive that same care. Away from the demands of home and church, they can slow down, talk honestly, laugh together, and tend to their own marriage.
We hope couples return refreshed and more willing to share the real, imperfect work of loving one another. That kind of openness can give others permission to invest in their marriages too.

Ship Shape Your Marriage is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. We invite leadership couples in the church to a weeklong liveaboard sailing experience and surround them with friendship, encouragement, and room to reconnect.

Your support helps us care for ministry couples and cover retreat expenses. The ministry says donations go toward ministry expenses, with no salaries or administrative expenses. Reach out to discuss sponsoring a couple, making a gift, or even donating a catamaran.

It is a weeklong liveaboard sailing experience in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, with space for rest, connection, and meaningful conversation. We can share plans and logistics directly.
The existing ministry description says the week aboard is paid for, while travel and dinners ashore are normally separate; an all-expenses-paid arrangement may be possible on request. Please confirm current details with us before making plans.
